peak rail

would it be possible to get a russians vs germans battle at peak rail - or has this been treid, i thought it may add a little diversity to the whole event rather than have two western front scenarios with the guards tagging along as french resistance - just a passing thought...

Hi Tank, I am sure this would be possible BUT it is all down to numbers. We would need to field a respectable turnout. SBG have no problem with numbers and I am sure would love to do this.

Cheers, Ade.

2nd Guards Rifle Division

Would like to see an eastern front battle but as Ade says, it's down to numbers.
We have one advantage and that is that Kelmarsh in July and not the week after Peak Rail. We shall see.

Sounds like a great idea. A Russian Front battle is impressive, hope we get the numbers. You can count me in :D

2nd Guards Rifle Division

Being drunk and unfit for active duty is not only against the 2nd Guards but against the Soviet peoples! Do you hear a knock on the door?

2nd Guards Rifle Division

The advice that I have been given from our Political Advice Department (NKVD) is the only time a tank is immobilised is when the tracks are off, the last shell and bullet has been fired and the crew have laid down their lives defending the Motherland!
Did you want a chat with them?

sounds like a plan. Or maybe just put you in the playpen/that pit thingy they turn trains round on........a fixed defence, hull down tank, always a winner :)

Concerning my vodka intake at Peak Rail.
What you have all failed to grasp is the overall picture from all of the events.

If I drink at every show then I am "merry" at every show.
If there are shows where it is better to remain clear headed then I avoid the falling down water.

So if we take into account that I did not drink vodka at all at Detling then on average I was not drunk just tipsy.

So I only drink an average amount which falls within the norms laid down at party central.
There we are then rumours of my bad behaviour were grossly over rated and merely a non appreciation of the laws of averages.

You can use science to explain anything.
