Are there any comrades out there with a good dictionary?
If so could you help me out and translate the bottom two words on this very tasty data plate that has appeared on ebay.

The first one is 'assembly', the second is 'issue', according to my dictionary. Possibly factory number and date of production?

Thanks for your help Rob.

The nearest I could find for the first was "cathedral" or "place of assembly".

And I couldn't find anything for the second.I really must get a more comprehensive dictionary.
