Operation Spark 2009 is scheduled for week 4, Jan 21-25, 2009

For those who have been there many times, the new items would be

- BA-20 armoured car replica
- visit to a private Red Army uniform museum, probably the best private collection in St Petersburg
- Bigger Mannerheim Line tour, if anyone is interested
- Nikolskoe municipality is now starting construction of barracks at the site of the event and also expands the field. I hope to be there on Barbarossa event on June 22 and post pictures about the progress of construction work. So it can be that we will all stay in Nikolskoe, at least for one night with all other reenactors.
- Siege Museum and Artillery museum tours as usual.
- The trip will take place even if there are few members attending, as in 2009 we are expecting more Finnish tourists than last year.
